Electrical Trainer BSEE or ASEE degree. 8 to 10 years experience in power generation plants with 4 years at a supervisory level. Should have good experience in the maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical installations, motors, generators, switchgear, transformers, high and low voltage equipment. Must have experience designing and leading training courses. |
Boiler & Turbo Trainer Engineering degree and 8 to 10 years experience in power generation plants or heavy industrial complex. Experience must include supervisory and operating experience on high pressure boilers and large capacity turbo generators as well as preparation and writing of training manuals. |
Instrument Trainer BS in Electronics or Instrumentation or other related engineering degree. 8 to 10 years experience in maintenance and repair of measuring pneumatic and electronics instruments with a minimum of 4 years at a supervisory level. Good knowledge and experience designing and conducting training courses in classroom or workshops and on the job situations. |
Mechanical Trainer BSME or AS degree. 8 to 10 years experience in power generation plants with 4 years at a supervisory level. Should have good experience in the maintenance and trouble shooting of mechanical and rotating equipment. Must have experience designing and leading training courses. |
Desalination Trainer BS degree in engineering and 8 to 10 years experience working in a multi-stage flashing desalination unit. Must have written and/or prepared operating manuals or taught training courses specific to desalination. |
Tech Writer-Electronics Related Degree in Engineering and 10 years of work experience including 5 years in a training facility as an Instructor/Writer. Operation, maintenance and repair of instrumentation and electronic equipment used in large power plants, power plant data acquisition and communication, power system protection and control. |
Tech Writer-Mechanical Related Degree in Engineering and 10 years of work experience including 5 years in a training facility as an Instructor/Writer Experience In mechanical operation, maintenance and repair of gas/steam power plant equipment and auxiliaries, auto and heavy equipment maintenance and machine shop practice. |

ESL Instructors (6 needed) BA English with an MS in Linguistics or similar post-graduate degree and certificate of education. An additional qualification in T.E.F.L/E.S.L is highly desired. Previous overseas teaching experience to foreign students. Computer literate. Should be prepared to teach: Listening and speaking, reading, grammar, writing, conversation, technical english, technical writing and english for specific purposes |
Math Teacher Can teach Algebra, Trigonometry and Calculus at High School/Freshman level. Should be computer literate and familiar with Math software packages as Mathematics. Science Teacher They should be able to teach both Chemistry and Physics at High School/Freshman level and should be computer literate. Business Skills/Computer Teacher To teach Basic Business Skills, Office Practice, Time-Keeping, Typewriting, Micro Computer courses in Word Processing, Spread Sheet, and Database. B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science. Also, to teach programming languages, such as Fortran and C++. Preferably, should have a bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Science in order to be able to teach Math or Science courses when the computer courses workloads are low. AC & Refrigeration Trainer Certified as Refrigerant Handling with experience on HVAC and chiller system. Experience should include trouble-shooting and repair of Flowtronic and Carrier control systems. Digital Communications Trainer Analog & Digital electronics as applicable to the telecommunications industry. Industrial maintenance experience should include troubleshooting and repair of one of the following 2&6 GHZ. NEC/GTE or Alcatel microwave communications transceivers and Newbridge multiplexers. Fiber-optic splicing and transceiver repair. AT&T telephone and telephone switching equipment (SL1, ITT 3100, or NTK systems), Gateway Data switching equipment. Also FM, VHF, UHF Radio diagnostics & repair experience required. (Harris GE). Process Control System Trainer Previous Maintenance or Troubleshooting experience with one or more systems as listed below: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) Allen Bradley System5, Triplex, Triconex Distributive Control System Equipment (DCS) Honeywell TDC3000, (Configuration experience preferred but not required) Monitoring Systems Bentley Nevada3300 (vibration) Compressor loading controls C.C.C. Gas Chromatography Intelligence Automation or Foxboro Data Acquisition equipment SCADA, Harris Remote Terminal Units. Candidates should be proficient in the use of Digital Technician Test Equipment, (Logic probes/"EPROM" programmers Analyzers/O-scopes) Use of IBM Personal Computer equipment required. Electrical Trainer Heavy Industrial Petrochemical/manufacturing experience required: (maintenance not construction experience) Previous Industrial Maintenance/Troubleshooting experience should include: Solid state & relay logic control, Switch Gear up to 13.8KV, Substation relay calibration, Generators maintenance (diesel/turbine), Power Transformers, Cable Fault location equipment, High voltage cable splicing/termination experience, Un-interruptable Power Supplies, Motor Control (Induction/Synchronous motors above 100HP), Motorized valve actuator repair. Candidates should be proficient in the use of electrical test equipment. Solid State motor control and or PLC experience preferred. Knowledge of personal computers and programming helpful. Mechanical Trainer Heavy Industrial Petrochemical or manufacturing experience required. Candidates should be qualified to teach measurement. Technical Sketching, use of technical manuals, Lubrication, Bering maintenance. Candidates should have experience with the following type of equipment and/or manufacturers: Compressors: reciprocating, centrifugal, axial flow (Williams & James, Elliot, DeLival, Clark, Ingersol Rand). Pumps: Positive displacement, (Rotary, screw and reciprocating) Rotodynamic (single & multi stage), Worthington, Ingersol Rand, United, Byron Jackson. Valves: (Safety-relief, Crosby, Consolidated globe, butterfly, ball & plug). Actuators (Rotork, Biffy, Limitork). Turbines, steam and Gas (Elliot, GE, Terry, Mitsubishi) Governors: (Woodward, Terry, GE) Mechanical Seals: (Borg-Warner, John Crane, Durametalic, Chesterton, Iso-carbon). Vibration Analysis: (IRD, Bently Nevada) Transmissions & Gearbox (Philadelphia) Knowledge of metal Lathe, milling machines helpful. Pipefitter Trainer All aspects of maintenance related to Petro Chemical Refineries, Maintaining Piping Systems, Heat Exchangers and Hydrostatic Testing. Working from isometric drawing-fabrication of pipe work, butt weld threaded and socket weld. Fabrication of non items, tees, branches. Developing templates. Structural fabrication working from Engineering drawings. Rigger Trainer Petro Chemical plant-Rigging: Loads with limited space using blocks, winches, jacks & rollers. Erection/Rigging of pipe spools, valves, motors, columns, pumps and steelwork using both Cranes and Rigging Procedures. Using Cranes with high reach & capacity's exceeding 100 Tons. Erect/Dismantle tubular & system scaffolding. |
Welder Trainers Welding in the following process: Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding & Gas Tungsten Arc Welding with current A.S.M.E. 9 qualifications or equivalent. Pipefitting experience preferred. Crane/Heavy Equipment Operator Trainers Heavy Industrial Petrochemical, Construction, Ship Building. Operation and routine maintenance of Rough Terrain, All Terrain, Truck-Mounted hydraulic boom cranes and/or Lattice boom Truck-Mounted and Crawler cranes. Experienced in the use of various boom configurations with jib and auxiliary hoist attachments. Experienced in Multile/Tandem and Trailing lifts, pick and carry lifts, luffing jib manbasket lifts. Or past experience operating Forklifts, Bulldozers, Traxcavator, Tractor-Scraper, Grader, Wheel Loader including Skid Loader, Side Boom Pipelayer, Backhoe, Gradall. Operations Previous experience of Refinery Operations should include the following equipment: Distillation, Reforming, Utilities, Furnaces, Merox Unit, Naptha Hydrotreater. Experience of NGL Process: Fractionation, Refrigeration, Feed Surge, Tank Farm, Utilities (Boilers). Knowledge of Personal Computer and Programming helpful. Surveyor Trainers Applicants must have work experience in Land Surveying inclusive of photo interpretation, mapping, field data reduction, computer drafting, Geodetic Surveying and Survey instrument minor repair and preventive maintenance. Drilling Trainers Instructs trainees and apprentices in overall drilling and work over operations, and serves as mentor for Saudi Trainers and instructors. Instructs trainees and apprentices in primary and auxiliary drilling rig components and equipments, and serve as mentor for Saudi Instructors. ·Instructs trainees and apprentices in basic and intermediate-level programs (Health, Safety and Environment etc.) Scope: Efficiently operates modern rotary drilling rigs. ·Teaches course/program material assigned by the administration in the classroom, workshop, and laboratory or at the job site. ·Follows pacing schedules to ensure that trainees and apprentices are prepared for quizzes, module tests, performance tests, and unit tests. Reports any problem areas or weaknesses in the course or pacing schedule to the senior trainer. ·Candidate should be familiar with the following rig systems. -Rotating system including top drive. -Circulating system. -Hoisting system. -Power system. ·Candidate should be certified for: -Rig pass. -Well Cap. ·Candidate should have mastery level of normal drilling operation activities such as: -Making hole. -Drilling mud. -Drilling a straight hole. -Casing and cementing. -Testing and completing. ·Candidate should have thorough knowledge of non-routine Drilling operations such as: -Controlled Directional Drilling. -Open-Hole Fishing. -Blowout Prevention. -Sub sea Blowout Preventers and Marine Riser systems. ·Candidate should apply sound Man Management and Rig Management principles to motivate and interest trainees & apprentices. Minimum Requirements: 1.A High School Certificate. Should have at least thirteenth (13) years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig. 2.B.S. degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical). Should have at least seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig. 3.Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps. |
